Ans. Any person who has grievances of those
securities which are not listed on Indian Stock Exchanges and/or Companies not
registered in India.

taken-up by Investor Helpline?
Ans. Presently, the following
grievances are not taken-up by Investor Helpline:

Ans. The Investor Helpline portal is developed
by Midas Touch Investors Association for providing a platform to the Investor

Investors Association proposes to keep on adding investor friendly information

8. What will the helpline do
with my grievance?
Ans. The detailed process proposed to be
followed by IH for grievance redressal is given under
helpline process link. However, IH reserves the right to
change/after/modify the process at any time without any intimation to
user.
9. Do I need to have an
e-mail account for lodging grievances on IH?
Ans. Absolutely not, requirement of e-mail
is optional. We have devised our processes in a fashion where all information
is made available on site. Exchange of E-mails is not at all a pre-requisite
for interaction with IH Administrator.
10. What will happen to my
complaint if the entity/authority concerned does not redress it within the
timeframe proposed by Midas Touch Investors Association?
Ans. Midas Touch Investors Association
will close the complaints lodged after six months. Midas Touch Investors
Association proposes to make a set of complaints pending for more than six
months and take them up with the concerned authorities for action, including
penal action.
11. Is the Helpline
empowered by any authority for taking up grievances?
Ans. The Helpline is
authorised by Investor
Education Protection Fund under Ministry of
Corporate Affairs, Government of India but
is not empowered by any authority for taking
